Hi there,

Thanks for visiting!  This site is about great food and cooking efficiently and effectively.

My wife and I are busy professionals and though we live in a tiny apartment with a tiny kitchen, we still love to cook.   So,  we focus on finding/making quick, healthy recipes, improving our techniques, and buying useful tools that are ideally effective without creating a lot of clutter – essentially, we’re all about “power cooking.”

We’re not sure what this site will become, so share with us and enjoy!

    Welcome to the world wide web! I’m excited for you and eager to devour what you’ll be serving up!

    In the fall I will host a Cooking Class for users of commodities, SNAP, Angel Food Ministries–it’s a pity YOU TWO can’t be present and share your love of food as part of the program, too!
